Call Data: Phone numbers of callers, call recordings, transcriptions, and metadata (duration, timestamps) for calls handled by our AI.


Usage Data: Information about how you use our dashboard, including features accessed, settings configured, and actions taken.


Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, device information, and cookies for analytics and service improvement.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:


Provide and maintain our AI voice agent services
Process reservations, orders, and customer inquiries
Improve our AI's accuracy and natural language understanding
Send you service updates, billing information, and support communications
Analyze usage patterns to improve our product

4. Call Recordings & Transcriptions

Storage: Call recordings and transcriptions are stored securely and encrypted at rest. They are retained for 90 days by default, though you can configure shorter retention periods.


Access: Only you and authorized team members can access your call recordings and transcriptions through your dashboard.


AI Training: We may use anonymized call data to improve our AI models. You can opt out of this in your account settings.


Caller Disclosure: Our AI informs callers at the start of each call that they are speaking with an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded.

5. Third-Party Services

We work with trusted third-party providers to deliver our services:


Twilio: Telephony infrastructure for phone calls

ElevenLabs: AI voice synthesis and conversation

Stripe: Payment processing

AWS: Cloud hosting and data storage


These providers process data only as necessary to provide their services and are bound by strict data protection agreements.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to:

Analytics data: 2 years (anonymized)

When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We implement robust security measures to protect your data:
