Storage: Call recordings and transcriptions are stored securely and encrypted at rest. They are retained for 90 days by default, though you can configure shorter retention periods.

AI Training: We may use anonymized call data to improve our AI models. You can opt out of this in your account settings.
Caller Disclosure: Our AI informs callers at the start of each call that they are speaking with an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded.
